The FIS Hotel is located in the Strbske Pleso, at the foot of the High Tatras at the entrance to Mlynická dolina and 50 meters from the ski slopes, cross-country trails and hiking trails.

It offers very cozy accommodation in rooms with free Wi-Fi and a free wellness center. The rooms are newly furnished in a mountain style. Each room has a private bathroom and most of them private balcony.

The hotel's restaurant and lobby bar serves tasty Slovak and international cuisine. The wellness center was opened in 2013 and includes a relaxation room, infrared, steam and Finnish sauna, jacuzzi and treatment rooms. Some of the hotel's rooms offer views of the jump bridges.
There is also a well-equipped gym and sports hall for volleyball, basketball, mini-football and tennis. You can also play table tennis or billiards during your stay. The entrance hall and the café were renovated in 2012. All rooms were renovated in 2017.
The hotel has been named after the FIS international ski federation FIS and officially opened by FIS President Mark Hodler in 1970. The FIS Hotel is the largest accommodation and sports complex in the High Tatras.
